| Black-and-white overlays for hand scoring parent, teacher and self-report SDQs. You can either print them directly onto transparency films designed for printers, or print them onto paper and then photocopy them onto transparency films. There is one overlay for each of the five subscales (emotional, conduct, hyperactivity, peer and prosocial). To calculate total score, add the emotion, conduct, hyperactivity and peer scores - but don't include the prosocial score. |
